We enhance the productivity of online sales teams

We noticed that sales reps were wasting a lot of time in non-revenue generating activities. We have built Goodmeetingsas a generative AI enabled online sales platform that helps sales reps save their time before, during and after their sales interactions. We do it on the basis of 3 pillarsn(that we call the 3As- Analytics, Automation and AI) viz - Analytics - After a sales call is complete, the solution provide sales reps with the right analytics about their sales interactions which is more than just what was spoken to help sales reps improve their performance. We help measure the performance of sales reps against rubrics that are specific to a company’s business and includes measuring important yet intangible metrics such as persuasion skills of the sales reps, active listening skills of the sales reps, story telling ability of sales reps etc. It also helps sales leaders and managers get more visibility into the workings of sales reps thus helping them coach and train sales reps better. Our post call feedback is in the form of actionable video clippings from the call. Automation - We try and automate all the non-revenue generating activities of sales reps including updating the CRMs with all the action items from the call, creating tickets out of the action items and assigning it to the right folks so that the sales rep doesn’t have to waste time doing mundane tasks. We also automate sending the Minutes of the Meeting after the call to save time for the sales reps. AI - We help the sales reps during the call by providing essential information to them while the video call is taking place. All of this helps the sales reps to save time and to enable faster closure of deals.
